If you like old iron, and have lots of time to rebuild it, I'd offer a bit less, IF everything works (and you have "extra" money). That's a cool lathe. Limited use though, not like the modern lathes. But it's cool, and I like old stuff. Just my $0.02. DON'T sell your current lathe though.......
