Unfortunately for me, the opening ad was for Charlotte NC, where I have recently had the luck of spending an entire day in the airport, TWICE. But as always, things can get worse, which they did last Wednesday in New Orleans, where we got bumped from flight. Only took 20 hours in rental car to drive home. I could have used some nature. Besides woodworking, my other passion is growing things so that's my "nature."

Great satire.

I just watched a show on drugs illegal, prescribed and legal recreational. Americans use more drugs than any country by far. The journalist interviewed many experts pro and con. He went to his personal MD and asked what would you suggest if I was stressed, anxious, depressed or couldn't sleep. The DR mentioned a list of popular prescription drugs for each condition. Never once did ask " Do you get exercise, have you tried a walk?"

A brisk walk is wonderful medicine.
