Hi,

I have a regular customer that wants me to engrave samples of new plastic glasses that he is adding to his catalog. He says they are polycarbon and the sticker on the bottom says it's Tritan. They are made in China. Should I trust this in my laser or is it not worth taking the chance on it ruining my machine.

Thanks,
Tony

They are a copolyester and appear to be safe to engrave. Here is a link to the MSDS so judge for yourself.
