I finished a table top and now I see there is some chip-out here and there. Can I fill this in now?

The wood is beech, and has two coats of 3-part finish on it now. The second coat went on today, I'm not sure how long I'd need to wait for it to dry to the point where I can fill the chip out.

I thought about using either CA glue or grain filler (I've never used grain filler), and then more coats of finish. Any advice is most welcome!

What specific finish -- ie brands.

Steve, the finish is a mix I make of polyurethane, linseed oil and paint thinner. Pretty common, probably people use different names - I should have been clearer.
