Veritas Pocket gauge question

Does anyone have the shaft diameter of the Veritas Pocket marking gauge? Specifically, is it 5/16" like the others they have? (More specifically, will the mortise blade set they carry fit properly on the shaft)

Why would you want to measure your pockets?

Thanks, Chet. Was hoping to have a short double ended gauge I could use one end for mortises, but doesn't seem that that will work.

He wants to see how much stuff he can get in his pockets, just in case he needs to use an unaccounted for tool.
