I'm building a vanity and can't seem to figure out if I'm doing something wrong with the Blum hinges or I got the wrong part numbers.
When I bore the 35mm hole per the instructions (in a test piece) it results in a 1/4" gap between the face frame and door stile (again the test piece).
These pictures show what I'm talking about.

I can't bore the 35mm hole farther from door stile edge as it then interferes with the hinge when open (binds with the neck on the hinge). This tells me I've got the setback from the door edge correct for the 35mm hole.
The bracket that screws to the cabinet face frame has a slight ledge on it which won't allow for it to be attached anywhere but right on the edge of the face frame.

The bracket looks like this and is part# B175H5.

The hinge looks like this and I ordered part# 71B3750, my hinge looks identical but is stamped 71B355.

From Blum's website the 71B3550 looks like this (straight neck) so I believe I've got the correct hinge (cranked neck) even though it is stamped with a different part number.

I'm hoping to get some help here as I was wanting to get the doors hung and fitted this weekend. If no one knows what's going on I'll call my supplier on Monday.
Thanks for the help.
