Shenhui 690

All,

I have a Shenhui 690 and the cable track is not laying flat for some reason anymore.

This is the cable track that lays one the back of the rail the head moves on.

I can manually make it straight again and lay it flat but then when I run the laser the cable track will create a high area where it rubs against the top beam support in the rear of the machine when traversing.

I should also say the machine has very low hours.

Any ideas on how to fix?
