Jessem Doweling Jig Drill Adjustment

Can't seem to locate the thread where there was one of the members who made a jig to adjust the Drill Collar on the bits for the Jessem and Dowelmax. I know he made a nice convenient jig to set the collars and had a sketchup of it.
