Just Wondering???

I've searched for the answer and haven't come up with anything. This may be a dumb question....but, when looking at the list of posts, some have a blue envelope at the left side and some have a red envelope. I have tried to figure out why but can't seem to come up with an answer. Can anyone tell me the reason for the different colors?

I see the legend...but I don't see any reference to red or blue...
