Need help please, Glider Rocker Repair

Need some help. We are trying to repair a glider rocker and foot stool but cannot for the life of me figure out how to disassemble the darn thing. Need to separate the top section from the bottom and I can't seem to understand. Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe those bolts are hanger bolts? Can you try jamming two nuts onto the end and back the bolt out?

Last resort option: saw the blot off and replace with similar or possible through bolt

I don't have one of those, but what I can gather from the pics, it seems that your first step should be to separate the seat from the strip below that it is attached to. There seems to be 4 holes in the top of the seat which likely contain a screw (cannot see from the pic angles.) After you lift the seat off, you should be able to remove the side assemblies by removing the lower, lateral bolts. Should be easy sailing from there.
