I was wondering if anyone knows of a website that has decent prices for small amounts of hard wood for both exotic and domestic?

Where are you located? Wall Lumber in Mayodan, NC is good if you are a reasonable shipping distance from them.

E-mail Woodsales@walllumber.com

M L Condon Lumber in Whie Plains, NY is good if you are in the Northeast.

Suggest you might look at Justin Holden's http://exoticwoodsoftheworld.com/

By the singly selected board or bundles, great variety and value for Exotic imports, that's his specialty. Justin ships FedEx Ground or FedEx freight out of Middleton, TN. Their LTL Freight economy service with customer will-call at a local depot can represent great delivery value once you accumulate a selected pallet load.

For some variety of the domestics, I've also occasionally used: http://www.bellforestproducts.com/ out of the UP in Michigan.

I have ordered from Ocooch Hardwood a number of times and never been disappointed.

They have fast shipping and reasonable shipping costs.

Woodworkers Source in Arizona offers a wide selection of both domestic and exotic woods; always been pleased with my purchases. http://www.woodworkerssource.com

Hearne Hardwoods ships and has a "huge" selection.
