Guy is selling LDP purge blocks for $0.25/pound.
I figure it is some kind of scrap plastic, but google comes up with nothing. What are they?

It says the waste can be disposed of in a landfill or incinerated. Instead they are trying to sell it. Well, I guess I will pass on that.
