A fellow turner from the Tidewater club (Norfolk, Va), Brett Glaze, stopped by the other day, saying that he had been away from his lathe too long. Seems his company shipped him to the Puget Sound Navy Yard to work on the carrier USS NIMITZ, and he decided a visit to our club meeting would cure what ails him. We plan to give him plenty of local lathe time during his stay.
