Anyone try Cutech 40100H-CT

Just curious if anyone has had any experience with this planer. Looks like a decent one when compared to the Rigid, Dewalt or Makita.

I am 99% positive it is the same planer as the Steel City model (same model number, which is a pretty big giveaway). I don't think it has a true helical head, but you still have smaller blades to replace if you have a chip.

Don't have the planer, but the bench top jointer I have for smaller work is quite good.

I have the bench top jointer as well. Very nice. They are very nice to deal with. The owners are former employees of Steel City.
They also are suppling parts for Steel City equipment. Give them a call. They answered all of my questions very satisfactory.
