Apparently this car was parked next to Lake Erie and caught some waves that washed over the railing.

The winds pushed the water level on the east end of Lake Erie up 7 feet and also created 10-15 foot waves, so the water was flying over most of the break waters and exposed shore areas all day today. The air temp has been in the 20's for most of the day.
