There was this Kitchen Cabinet Book

I don't think I'm dreaming, but I remember in the 2000-2005 timeframe there was a fella who published his own book about his kitchen cabinet technique. At the time, I owned and had read all the other offerings as well (Proulx, Tolpin, etc). However, this booklet was quite unique. Not fancy, very practical. Seems like it had a simple blue paper cover - might have even been self published... It was a great book - and it seemed like several folks recommended it at the time.

I've been Googling all day, and can't catch a whiff of it.

Am I nuts?

Might be the earlier edition of Bob Lang's book, the Complete Kitchen Cabinetmaker? Older edition had a blue graphic on the front.

Oddly enough I found it in the one place I hadn't looked yet (my desk drawer).

Yes. That's the one I have.

jpaquay@insight.bb though there are reports the email is dead.

He lived in Lafayette, IN. I did some google creeping. I'd guess he's still there. If we could get his permission, I'd be happy to copy the book - it's only 30 pages.
