Does anyone have the Mini-Ligno "MD Moisture Meter? It is a good brand, can anyone comment on the accuracy of this meter?

I have used an earlier version of this meter with good results. Lignomat and Delmhorst are the big names in pin-type meters, both reliable. The weakness with this model is its limited penetration depth. If you want to measure MC in thicker material or discover the moisture gradient between shell and core you want the MD-C model with a hammer electrode, or a similar unit from Delmhorst.
