Engravelab question

We have had to upgrade our Engravelab when we use the tool path it shows no line thickness. The tool library is all correctly imputed the depth of cut is correct.

Anybody have some solutions?

We have the same issue sometimes. Usually if you hit engrave, but don't send the job to the engraver, the lines will appear in the preview and afterwards if you cancel out. Sometimes messing with the view option, I'll get it to show up too.

We had to upgrade last year too because the older version we had was not compatible with Win 7. The new version is a bit of a pain to use, we rarely had issues with version 7.

OK this may sound very basic but it's easy to overlook if someone accidentally unchecked this.
In the VIEW menu, do you have an item "SHOW LINE STYLE" and is it checked?
And how about "SHOW TOOL PATHS" ?
