If not, then I don't know where else it might have been. It was fairly recent and used set screws from below to stabilize the board. I've searched and even gone through pages of past postings and come up with nothing. Just want to take a closer look at it. Anyone? Was I dreaming?

Hi Mike. The sled you're talking about sounds a bit complicated and time consuming to adjust. I haven't built this one but there was an article in a 2005 issue of Fine Woodworking for one that seems to work well and is quick to adjust. Here's a link to the video for it, but you apparently have to be a member to see the detailed plans although one should be able to figure out how to make it from the video.

That's it Max, thanks. Should have bookmarked it at the time.
Thanks John, for the link. I had seen that. Wanted to reevaluate Max's clever idea.

There is nothing complicated about adjusting it,just turn a screw or two until you feel it make contact with the bottom of the board. You only need to use a screw that's close to the high corners, unless its a wide board, then maybe one in the middle. I just installed all the screws so it will work for any size/shape board.
