Trotec USA Holiday Schedule?

Merry Christmas everyone!

After placing my order for the new Speedy, I haven't heard from anyone regarding shipping information. I'm not at all expecting anyone to give me any information right now or through the weekend, but does anyone know if they are back open on Monday? I can only find a Christmas announcement for their Australia and South African offices, but nothing about their US ones.

Any help would be appreciated!

Unless they had one ready for shipment the moment you ordered, expect a number of weeks for your order to be assembled. If I remember correctly, they assemble machines in groupings, so how long it takes will depend upon how far along they are in their current group assembly. I think mine took over a month due to a part arriving at their warehouse a bit later than expected, but YMMV.

Presuming you ordered it via a distributor, you should be able to get the tracking # &/or est. shipping date from your distributor, regardless of the US office's schedule.
