Door stile repair help

Hi all,
I am selling my house and need to fix this interior door from some prior pet damage.
I thought I might use either prefab stile at big box store or use router to make it. Please advise if you have any ideas suggestions

If it is a painted door, bondo may fix any surface damage. The stuff you use to fix dents in cars. If it is a stained door, I've had the best luck with wax sticks color matched to the stain on the piece.

I don't think you can find pre-made door stiles. It would be possible to make one but you also have to get the old one off without causing more damage. It would be a major project. If that is necessary, it's probably best to just replace the door.
