Performax 10-20 conveyor belt drive shaft not turning

Hi,

I've had a 10-20 sitting in the original box for years (sad to say) and finally took it out and set it up. The sanding drum itself turns, but the conveyor belt drive shaft does not. In the troubleshooting guide it lists as a possible cause that the shaft coupler might not be attached.

Where does this hang out on the 10-20 model? I don't see it in the parts diagram.

My 10-20 is about 8 years old. There is a set screw, Item 53, that secures the conveyor drive roller, item 52, to the conveyor motor.
