Turn air assist off and remove cone. The Windows on the capital are about 1/16th of an inch. No shattering edge whatsoever.

Looks good Neville and thanks for the tip. I have been having to do the Texas State seal on a 1/2 inch area.. ON WOOD... for several customers.. I've got some ceramic jobs in the works as well with 1/2 seal...
