It goes without saying that we are a diverse group and have many different ways of celebrating at this time of year. I have a tradition of decorating my lathe to kick off the Holiday Season. I figure if it brings one smile to someone’s face – it was well worth the effort!

:D:D:D I also think we could have some fun :D:D:D just add your photo to this thread showing how you decorate your lathe!

So, without further ado and in keeping with the spirit of this newly arrived Holiday Season ……. from my shop to yours …..

I am extremely thankful for many things but especially for my loving family and all my friends here on the Creek!

Have a wonderful - and SAFE - Holiday Season!

AAhhhh -- the annual lighting of the lathe. Looking good, and perhaps a more elaborate display in the background.

Contrary to popular belief that "Black Friday" is the start of the Christmas season, this is the real checkered flag! How many years does this make, Steve?

Just don't turn that thing on with all those lights! Would be cool to watch from a distance though. :-)

I think you want a green rather than checkered flag
