Hi,
My son-in-law has acquired an old Epilog Legend TT 24 that has a damaged rail for the table height control (pics attached).
The rail has some damaged teeth that limits the ability to raise or lower the table. The rail appears to be made of a nylon or plastic material.
We have been unable to source parts for the repair here in Perth, Western Australia.
Is anybody aware of a supplier (perhaps in the US) that could produce these? Any help would be greatly appreciated.326078326079326080

Maybe you could laser cut or 3D print your own if Epilog can't provide one or you can't find another source.

They look like a pretty standard rack and pinion arrangement. You should be able to count the number of teeth on the gear and the teeth per inch (or cm?) and order something online. I don't know if you can get Grainger or McMaster Carr in AU, but I would think they, or someone like them, would have what you need. A quick google search brought up lots of hits here, not sure what you might find.

Did you call Epilog in Colorado?
