Does anyone know if the price of drywall has gone up yet?

Not yet...plywood and dimensional pine will be first, then as framing & sheathing gets done the other stuff will follow suit. Thankfully, treated lumber won't be an issue (we're deckbuilders most of the time).

I'll bet it'll be a few weeks although I have already heard of people loading up big trailers of buidling materials to head that way and sell for 2x-3x the price....I hate people who profit from tradgedy.
