Putting frameless cabinets side by side. 3/4 thick. What hinge to use so that I cover most of the shell but not crash into the door/drawer that is along side? Is there something besides full and half overlay?

Full overlay will cover the 3/4" sides but due to the way it opens the door won't hit the one next to it. Half overlay covers about 3/8".

Full overlay is what you want.

Full overlay concealed hinges allow for a ±1/16" reveal.

you can also tweak the reveal a bit by varying the cup hole location relative to the edge of the door - when in doubt i drill test holes in some scrap 3/4 ply and see how it works - even after you have drilled the door you may be able to adjust things by swapping out the mounting plate for one of a different height
