Tool making tours in Germany Switzerland or Paris?

While visiting the Soldier in the family are there any Tool making tours in southwest Germany, Switzerland, or Paris
This coming holidays I will be traveling around those parts
or some good old European tools to collect

I need rasps
rifflers
files
infilled planes
large carving tools

Not tool making tours per se, but....

In Munich, go to Dictum by the Ostbahnhoff. In Paris, there is a giant Flea Market on the North side. They had a couple shops with older tools. I didn't see any great deals but I did see some fair deals. In Berlin, go to the Saturday Flea Market in Mauer park.
