I really like the pre-finished Laser Wood Laminate sheets from LaserBits. But I always like to have more than one supplier available. Anyone know of other suppliers? Thx...

I just stumbled onto a new one (to me) that is selling wood cheaper than I can buy it and resaw myself. I don't know anything about them but placed my first order a couple of hours ago. Lady said I am looking at a week. They don't seem to stock anything, just produce on demand.

We mostly make architectural models

A lot of scale basswood and thin plywood.

Here's a few places we get stock:

Yes Ian, New Albany. Actually New Albany, Indiana used to be the center of the Wood Veneer/Lumber industry in this part of the country. Not claiming to be an expert, but have been told it was because the Ohio River lies right next to the town and was the method of delivering the raw product to the manufacturer. Sorry, I will get off the soapbox lol
