image prep help

I have to put the attached image on glass, so I have to figure out how to change the colors or what to change the colors to so that it looks best. I was thinking of changing the black to white and the red to black. then add some black to that the hat would then be outlined. What say the gallery? This will be done using my laser.324793

I would run a test leaving the black as is and make the rest white.

I would convert to grey scale and maybe sharpen up the sword and a couple other areas.
Then test 'er on some window glass (scrap of course).

The Black outlines the cape if you change it to white it won't be defined like Mike said but I would give the sword an outline in black.
