My dear brother-in-law just died after a long battle with cancer. This is the urn that I made at the request of his wife. I wanted something with clean simple lines but yet elegant. Bottom is maple and the top is a left over scrap of Bubinga (I think).

Sorry for your loss. Very nicely done Gordon. You succeeded in your goals of elegant simplicity. I like the foot and the way the top is seamless.
