Just got my new laser delivered. Does anyone have a SpeedMarker FL? My install won't happen for a couple of weeks due the show in Georgia.

Congratulations! Man, that's the holy grail there, a Trotec Fiber Galvo! Don't see many of those around, that's for sure. Should be a wicked, wicked machine. I look forward to you reporting back to us once it's up and running!

Chris, we have a speedmarker CL and I think they are very different. Mostly, they should be plug and play - so set up the power unit, plug all the cables into the right slots (they should be colour-coded), fire up the pc/computer, the software, then turn on the power source and lastly the laser itself. The software should have come pre-calibrated. But just in-case, potentially wait for Trotec and we had ours installed 5 years ago, so things may be completely different now. Don't want you to ruin an amazing bit of kit.

I did open the crates but didn't mess with anything. I am contemplating building a cabinet for it.
