H. C. Marsh Mitre Hand Sander

I am trying to fine out any information about a H. C. Marsh Mitre Hand Sander. Apparently it was made for finishing the 45 degree angle cut in wood from the Marsh Mitre Box. I would like to find a copy of the patent papers on this item and any other written info that talks about it's use. Has anyone out there seen one. Any idea what one would cost. I just have a photo of one from a Stanley publication.
