ULS 45 watt cartridge replacement tube

Well I got a good 8 years out of the last tube but it's getting down to it's last cuts.
Continuing one of the previous threads on pricing -
I placed an order for a replacement thru my dealer for a 45 watt cartridge.
Price before shipping is $1700.
This is not for hobby work, I run 7-8 hours a day so if I get another 5-6-8 years out
of this one I'll be happy.

compared to the scare stories I keep hearing about tube prices, that sounds pretty good.

We just replaced our 50 Watt with our ULS dealer and it was $2,000 including shipping.

wow! got the tube in 1 day and they sent a ULS-50 Watt cartridge.
Gonna go to town burning stuff today.
