Anyone using LaserCut 6.1?

I am importing a Chicom laser and it is spec-ed out with LaserCut 6.1... but I cannot find almost nothing about 6.1
and it seems to have a different control board from 5.3- so not backward compatible. Anyone with knowledge to share?

Well... I am using LaserCut 6.1 and getting it figured out. It seems pretty similar to 5.3 and I have a manual that is fairly good. So far, so good. The new control board is Leetro 6585 BTW.

Thanks for the update, if you have the time and the ability, could you post an overview video on YouTube? I would be interest in hearing about updates from 5.3.

I have never used any other laser (or laser software) so I don't have a clue. I use Flexisignpro and Aspire for CNC, so it is coming fairly easily (for an old phart). Gene
