Foam tape adhesive back 1/4 inch wide, 1/8 inch thick

I'm building cabinet doors. The frame includes a groove to allow for fitting in a wainscot panel.
To prevent rattling, I have used foam backed adhesive tape 1/4i inch wide, and about 1/8 inch thick to insert into the groove.

Trouble is it has been many years since I've used it and now do not have enough left to finish my project.
(Age does affect memory!)

Anyone know where I can obtain this product?
