Replacement for Windows Media Center

I have a computer with a TV tuner card in it that is currently using Windows 7 operating system. I understand that Windows 10 does not have the Media Center. I use Media Center to watch live TV on the computer and to record programs like a DVR. Does anyone know of a program that would run under Windows 10 that would allow me to do the same things.

Plex is fantastic. Youll wonder why you ever used windows media centre. Its based on XBMC, i believe, as is windows media centre i think.....
