I like this better than a sharp-cornered square bowl. I look at those and my knuckles start bleeding. This is quite beautiful.

This is quite beautiful.Thank you Brian; It's so funny you said that I had another person on another forum ask why I clipped the corners and I feel the same way as you; when turning the pagoda bowl a few weeks ago while sanding it, I hit the corners w/ my fingers cut me really good.

I clip my corners just after splintering one of them.
