Just got some great customer service from Trend Routing. I have the Airshield Pro with the gray headband that has been notorious for breaking. Mine finally broke last month and I decided to get that squared away this week. Called their toll-free number and literally the conversation was like ".. I have a broken headband on my Airshield Pro... Sorry about that. We have a new improved version. What's your address that we can send that to? ... We'll get that right out."
If I hadn't asked another tangential question about the installation (sounded extremely easy BTW), that call would have lasted less than 2 minutes even with the initial short wait in the call queue.
