I bought this plane at a garage sale because it was amusing. what is it?

It looks to be similar to a Stanley #103. Though it looks like it has a lever to tighten the cap instead of a bolt.
Not sure if it is a Sargent or other maker's model.
Are there any numbers or words anywhere?
The blade may be stamped by the maker.

The Stanley 103 and LN version of the 102 are the most used block planes in my arsenal. That one looks a little rough but if it cleans up nice I think you'll like it.
