Let's say that someone buys a #1 Stanley plane for $20 at a garage sale and posts a picture of it in the hand tool forum, complete with the original box. For years we congratulated them with a phrase that is now against the rules to use. What would be some alternatives?

1) That's abysmal!
2) That's mean!
3) That's pathetic!

Carry on.

How about "Congratulations. That's wonderful! A great deal." I'm sure you can come up with a bunch more similar phrases.

I like the one used by James Dean in a movie: "you are killiiiiing meeee!" ,said while dragging your hand over your face slowly distorting features in a tortured manner.
