I spend most of my time on the woodturning forum, but would like to know how to cut a accurate hexagon on the table saw. At one time I knew of a method that worked but cannot recall it was done, any help would really be appreciated.

Wally, Depending on the size, I find a sled works very well.

I'm in the process of building a soccer ball
I built a jig similar to what was based there for both the pentagons and hexagons - it worked fine. I'm in the process of staining and poly'ing it before gluing it up, but I test fit it with cable ties and it worked perfectly.
