How are Goodell Pratt hand drill main gears attached?

I have recently been fixing up some Millers Falls hand drills, and have been eyeing some Goodell Pratt drills for my next project. I don't own a GP yet, but I noticed from photographs online that they don't appear to have the screw holding the main gear on to the frame like the MF drills do. How do the GP drills attach the main gear on to their frames? I assume the GP main gears are removable?

There is a set screw on the main casting that fits in a groove in the axle that is attached to the main gear.
