Cherry pitcher and goblet.
The pitcher is the deepest hollowing I've done so far. The handle is from kiln dried cherry cut on scrollsaw.
Finish on the pitcher is one coat of Shellac, sanded, machine buffed and several coats of a Maloof oil.
Goblet has several coats of Maloof oil.
C&C welcome

I agree. Love the form, love the wood. The handle looks a little heavy from some angles, but also a nice form.

How do you attach the handle? Both are beautiful.

Beautiful form Curtis. I agree with Doug the handle looks a bit heavy, and maybe a more similar curve as the pitcher. But the form is what draws the eye and it's gorgeous.

Love the pitcher! Great form though the handle does look a bit heavy in comparison. I would suggest that you try steam bending handles and see if you can not get a thinner handle that has the needed strength. Sawn handles have a tendency to break.

I prefer a much higher bowl on goblets, preferably with a slight return, but that's personal taste. Compared to the pitcher, it is very plain with its short bowl and straight stem.
