supermax brush sanders

Looking to buy a supermax brush sander for doors wondering if anyone uses one would like to know if it will put a stain ready finish from my drum sander with a 180 grit on the drum or does it need to be sanded to remove the cross grain lines and how does it do when staining will it be ready to stain with no face touch ups
