looking for information on BF Haley

anyone have any information on B.F Haley? The plane is like the one pictured here, http://www.datamp.org/patents/advance.php?pn=1536096&id=27261&set=7
I can't find anything on this plane, and the patent date cast into the one i'm looking at is wrong, Its marked Feb 9 25, but it does have BF Haley cast on it.
Its in excellent shape and as far as I can tell, its complete. I can find no other reference.
