I not sure I am suppose to post a direct link but it goes something like handtoolwoodworking.... or just try his name. Elia is offering classes, tools and even parts to make Windsor Chairs. He apparently will even send splits from red & white oak logs, wrapped in plastic/green.

I went there and checked it out. Will have to contact him about prices and lag times for logs suitable to build a couple of chairs. Sounds a lot easier than what I had planned.
