Mini Max S45

I've got a handle on a Mini Max S45 bandsaw. It is a yellow painted model. What age would it be? What might it be worth? Were they any good?

Probably 90's vintage. Lots of S45's sold through the dealer network during those days. Very well built machines, though not a great "resawing bandsaw" by today's standards.
