Please advise how I can get the rotary device recognized by my laser software. I can not get the option in fixtures to get the rotary device accepted. I have seen the option before but can't locate it.

Hi Doug, did you have the machine turned off when you plugged the rotary device in? If not, you have to have it off when you plug it in. What version of the software are you running and which model ULS is it?
