Trying to ID this Grizzly Shaper

Hello All,

I bought a used Grizzly 1 1/2 HP Shaper today, could not pass on the price, $180. The unit is in great shape, save a little surface rust which I will remove. However, I can not seem to identify the model number shaper I have. Can some one ID this for me? Any help will be much appreciated!

It's a 1-1/2hp Grizzly 1035.
